مراسم امضاء مبادله نامه کمک بلاعوض ژاپن به "پروژه بهبود تجهیزات پزشکی در شهر تهران" در 23 بهمن 1396 در وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی در تهران برگزار شد.
این پروژه تجهیزات لازم برای تشخیص زودهنگام و درمان سرطان و همچنین بیماری های قلبی عروقی را برای بیمارستان امام حسین و بیمارستان بانوان آرش در تهران فراهم می کند.
جناب آقای هیرویاسو کوبایاشی، سفیر کبیر ژاپن و جناب آقای دکتر محسن اسدی لاری، قائم مقام وزیر در امور بین الملل وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی مبادله نامه را بمبلغ یک میلیارد و پانصد و سی چهار میلیون ین ژاپن امضاء کردند.
این پروژه تجهیزات لازم برای تشخیص زودهنگام و درمان سرطان و همچنین بیماری های قلبی عروقی را برای بیمارستان امام حسین و بیمارستان بانوان آرش در تهران فراهم می کند.

The signing ceremony of Japan Grant Aid to “The Project for the Improvement of Medical Equipment in Tehran City” was held at the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in Tehran on 12 February 2018.
The project will provide the equipment required for the early detection and treatment of cancer, as well as cardiovascular diseases to Imam Hussein Hospital and Arash Women's Hospital in Tehran.
H.E. Mr. Hiroyasu KOBAYASHI, Ambassador of Japan and H.E. Dr. Mohsen Asadi-Lari, the Acting Minister for International Affairs of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education signed the Exchange of Notes amounting up to one billion five hundred and thirty-four million Japanese Yen.
The project will provide the equipment required for the early detection and treatment of cancer, as well as cardiovascular diseases to Imam Hussein Hospital and Arash Women's Hospital in Tehran.
