Japan’s Grant Aid within Seminar on “National Challenge against Caner” / کمک بلا عوض دولت ِژاپن سمینار "پویش ملی مبارزه با سرطان"

سمینار "پویش ملی مبارزه با سرطان" در تاریخ 7 بهمن 1397 در وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی برگزار شد و 137 مرکز درمانی در سراسر کشور شامل مراکزی که 50 دستگاه ماموگرافی پیشرفته توسط کمک بلاعوض دولت ژاپن در سال مالی 2015 اهداء شده بود، بطور همزمان افتتاح شدند.
جناب آقای میستوگو سایتو، سفیر کبیر ژاپن، سرکار خانم دکتر ابتکار، معاون محترم امور زنان ریاست جمهوری و جناب آقای دکتر سعید نمکی، سرپرست محترم وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی در این مراسم حضور بهم رساندند.
گزیده ای از سخنان جناب سفیر:
"کمک بلاعوض 1.2 میلیارد ینی دولت ژاپن ، بعنوان نشانه همکاری بین ژاپن و ایران به وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی اهداء شد. اینجانب صمیمانه آرزو دارم که زنان بیشتر و بیشتری در نقاط دور و کمتر برخوردار بتوانند از این معاینات ماموگرافی که در تشخیص و درمان زودهنگام سرطان پستان موثر می باشد استفاده کنند و بدین ترتیب نرخ مرگ و میر ناشی از این بیماری کاهش یابد. همکاری در زمینه های انسان دوستانه شامل مراقبت های پزشکی از اهمیت بسیار بالایی برخوردار است و اینجانب در نظر دارم به چنین همکاری هایی ادامه دهم. همچنین مایلم یکبار دیگر مراتب قدردانی صمیمانه خود را نسبت به همه دست اندرکاران این پروژه که از آغاز تا انجام آن با سفارت همکاری داشتند، ابراز نمایم."
سپس سرکار خانم دکتر معصومه ابتکار، جناب آقای دکتر سعید نمکی و دیگر مقامات از دولت ژاپن قدردانی کرده و خواستار گسترش هر چه بیشتر روابط دوجانبه بین ژاپن و ایران در حوزه انسان دوستانه شدند.

<Seminar on “National Challenge against Caner” was held at the Ministry of Health and Medical Education on 27th January 2019, where they held simultaneous inauguration of137 health centers throughout the country including the centers for 50 modern mammography machines donated by Japan’s Grant Aid in JFY-2015.
H. E. Mr. Mitsugu SAITO, Ambassador of Japan, H.E. Dr. Masume Ebtekar, Vice President for Women and Family Affairs and H.E. Dr. Saeed Namaki, Caretaker of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education attended the ceremony.
An excerpt from the speech delivered by the Ambassador:
“A grant of 1.2 billion Yen was allocated to the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, as a sign of cooperation between Japan and Iran. I sincerely wish that more and more women, even in local and underprivileged areas, will be able to receive the mammography examination, which contributes to early detection and early treatment of breast cancer, and thus reduce the breast cancer mortality rate. The cooperation in the humanitarian fields including medical care is extremely important, and I would like to continue such cooperation. I have the pleasure to convey my sincere gratitude once again to all the persons concerned in this project, cooperating with the Embassy from the time of launching the project until its completion".
Appreciations to the Government of Japan were conveyed from H.E. Dr. Masume Ebtekar, H.E. Dr. Saeed Namaki and other officials, calling for further extension of bilateral ties between Japan and Iran in the humanitarian field.
The purpose of this project is to improve medical services in Iran and contribute to social and economic development through support in the field of healthcare.
