امضاء قرارداد کمک بلاعوض دولت ژاپن به پروژه های تأمین نیازهای اولیه انسانی در سال مالی ژاپنی 2018 (قسمت دوم) / Signing Contracts on “Grant Assistance for Grass-roots Human Security Projects” in the JFY 2018 (Part 2)

"کمک بلاعوض دولت ژاپن به پروژه های تأمین نیازهای اولیه انسانی یا “GGP، عمدتا" بر پروژه هایی تاکید دارد که به میزان بالایی در تامین نیازهای مردمی مفید بوده و بخصوص زمانی موثر واقع می شوند که در مقیاس کمک های کوچک، تامین مالی شده و نیازمند حمایت انساندوستانه سریع می باشند.
در این رابطه، یک قرارداد کمک بلاعوض GGP به مبلغ 75/019 یورو به سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه ای کشور توسط جناب آقای میتسوگو سایتو، سفیر کبیر ژاپن در جمهوری اسلامی ایران در تاریخ 24 بهمن 1397 به امضاء رسید.
مراسم امضاء با حضور جناب آقای دکتر سلیمان پاک سرشت، معاون وزیر تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی و رئیس سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه ای کشور برگزار شد.
جناب آقای سایتو در این مراسم اظهار داشتند: این پروژه حمایت مردم ژاپن از مردم ایران بوده و همچنین دلیل محکمی بر اثبات روابط دوستانه دو کشور می باشد. اینجانب امیدوارم این تجهیزات اهدایی که حاکی از احساس قلبی مردم ژاپن بمنظور تعمیق و گسترش دوستی می باشد به دست مردم مناطق روستایی و کم برخوردار در کشور برسد.
سفارت ژاپن از سال 1999 میلادی از پروژه هایی که از طریق سازمان های مختلف غیر دولتی و نهاد های دولتی درخواست شده اند، حمایت بعمل آورده است.
سفارت ژاپن در جمهوری اسلامی ایران تاکنون 140 پروژه در ایران در زمینه هایی چون آموزش ابتدایی، مراقبت های اولیه پزشکی، رفاه عمومی، توسعه روستایی و غیره را بمورد اجرا در آورده است.
دولت ژاپن در نظر دارد به ارائه کمک های انسان دوستانه و عمرانی خود به سازمان های دولتی و غیردولتی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران ادامه دهد.

“Grant Assistance for Grass-Roots Human Security Projects” by the Government of Japan, known as “GGP”, mainly focuses on projects that are highly beneficial at the grass-roots level and are particularly effective when financed by small-scale assistance, which require swift humanitarian support.
In this regard, GGP contract on granting a donation of €75,019 to Technical and Vocational Training Organization (TVTO) in Sistan and Balouchestan province regarding “The Project for Introduction of Equipment of Technical and Vocational Training for Destitute Women in Sistan and Balouchestan Province” was signed by H. E. Mr. Mitsugu Saito, the Ambassador of Japan to the Islamic Republic of Iran, on 13 February 2019.
The signing ceremony was held in the presence of Dr. Soleiman Pakseresht, Deputy Minister of Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare and Head of the TVTO.
Mr. Saito said, “This project is support from the people of Japan to the Iranian people. Moreover, it is proof of friendship between the two countries. I hope that the donated equipment, which represents wholehearted support of the Japanese people for expansion and strengthening of the friendship, will reach people in rural and underprivileged areas in the country.”
The Embassy of Japan has supported the projects proposed by various bodies such as NGOs and local governments, since 1999.
The Embassy of Japan in the Islamic Republic of Iran has carried out 140 projects in this country in the fields of primary education, medical care, public welfare, and rural development, so far.
The Government of Japan intends to further continue its assistance to NGOs and local governments of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the humanitarian and development fields.
