اعطاء كمك بلاعوض دولت ژاپن به سازمان هاي غير دولتي ژاپنی در سال 2011
"برنامه ايجاد مركز ظرفيت سازي و فعالیت های تجاري براي اقشار آسيب پذير ايراني و بازگشت داوطلبانه پناهندگان افغاني در جمهوری اسلامی ايران (فاز 3)"

سفارت ژاپن قراردادی را با سازمان غیر دولتی ژاپنی (نيككو) یا سازمان همكاري بين المللي ژاپن براي توسعه اجتماعات ، در خصوص پروژه جدید "برنامه ايجاد مركز ظرفيت سازي و فعالیت های تجاري براي اقشار آسيب پذير ايراني و بازگشت داوطلبانه پناهندگان افغاني در ايران (فاز 3)"، بمنظور تضمین ادامه پروژه برای سومین سال، در تاريخ 17/6/1390 به امضاء رساند.

هدف سومین سال این پروژه، ارتقاء عملکرد مرکز در زمینه توسعه منابع انسانی و تبدیل آن به منبع اطلاع رسانی از طریق همکاری سازمان های ذیربط دو کشور ایران و افغانستان می باشد.

در مراسم عقد قرارداد، جناب آقای کینیچی کومانو، سفیر ژاپن گفتگو با آقاي یاسوتاکا آکیموتو، نماينده دفتر مشهد سازمان غیر دولتی ژاپنی (نيككو) اظهار داشت که انتظار ما از اجرای این پروژه، همکاری موثر سازمان های غیر دولتی ژاپنی برای افتخار آفرینی این سازمان ها می باشد.

Grant Assistance for Japanese NGO in 2011
“Program for Establishment and Business Operation of the “Capacity Building and Voluntary Repatriation Center” for Vulnerable Iranians and Afghan Refugees in Islamic Republic of Iran (Phase 3)”

Embassy of Japan in Iran signed a contract with Japanese NGO “Nippon International Cooperation for Community Development　(NICCO)” regarding a new project titled “Program for Establishment of the Center for Capacity Building and Business Operation for Vulnerable Iranian and Voluntary Repatriation of Afghan Refugees in Iran (Phase 3)” on September 8th, 2011. The new contract is planned to guarantee the continuation of the project for the 3rd year.

The purpose of the 3rd year-project is to enhance the functions of the Center on development of human resources and turning it into a source for information dissemination, through cooperation among the concerned organizations in both Iran and Afghanistan.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Kinichi KOMANO, Ambassador of Japan said to Mr. Yasutaka AKIMOTO, Representative of NICCO’s Mashhad Office that we are expecting to implement this project with meaningful assistances of Japanese NGOs to bring about pride for them.
